Modification or Cancellation Window
You have a 6-hour window from the time of placing your order to request any modifications or cancellations. After this period, your order may already be in production at our workshop, and changes may not be possible.
Due to the handmade nature of our wooden furniture, once crafting begins, we cannot make changes to the design, dimensions, wood type, or finish. We appreciate your understanding of our artisan production process.
Requesting Changes
To modify or cancel your order within the allowed 6-hour timeframe, contact our customer support team immediately. Email us at support@citainterior.com with your order number and specific details of the changes you need. Please ensure your request is submitted within the 6-hour window for timely processing.
Examples of modifications we can accommodate (within 6 hours):
- Changing the shipping address
- Updating contact information
- Modifying product selections (if not yet in production)
- Adjusting order quantities
Orders Already in Production
If your order has already entered production at our workshop, modifications are not possible. Our artisans work diligently to handcraft your wooden furniture to exact specifications, and changes during production would compromise quality and craftsmanship.
Handling Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped, modifications are not possible. In such cases, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow our Returns & Refunds Policy for any changes or returns. This ensures you can still address any concerns even after your furniture has been dispatched.
Cancellations and Refunds
Within 6-Hour Window: For orders canceled within the specified 6-hour timeframe and before production begins, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. The refund typically takes 3-5 business days to process, and it may take an additional 3-7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
After Production Begins: Once your wooden furniture has entered production, cancellations may not be possible, or a restocking fee may apply. The restocking fee covers materials already cut, labor invested, and production costs incurred. We will assess each situation individually and communicate any applicable fees before proceeding.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made furniture and items crafted to your specific measurements or design preferences cannot be canceled once production begins. These pieces are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold. We strongly recommend reviewing all specifications, dimensions, and design details carefully before confirming your order.
