Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery. Due to the handmade nature of our wooden furniture, all items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging materials intact. Custom or personalized furniture pieces, made-to-order items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact support@citainterior.com with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide guidance on the next steps.
Important Note*: The return policy applies only to products with manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or items that do not match the description on our website. Returns due to personal preference, incorrect measurements, or changes in design taste may not be eligible for a full refund. We recommend carefully reviewing product dimensions and specifications before placing your order.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for incorrect items, damaged items, or items that do not match the description on our website. Due to the custom nature of our wooden furniture, exchanges for different sizes, wood types, or finishes may not always be possible and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@citainterior.com with your order number and details about the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned furniture, we will send a replacement if available. If the exact replacement is not available, we will offer an alternative solution or a full refund.
Please note*: Custom-made furniture and sale items are not eligible for exchanges unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please ensure that your payment information is up to date and active to receive your refund without delays.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:

  • Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition
  • Items missing original packaging materials or protective coverings
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our customer service team
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or assembly

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized wooden furniture pieces
  • Made-to-order items crafted to your specific measurements or design preferences
  • Items damaged due to improper assembly, misuse, or lack of maintenance after delivery

Inspection Period
We recommend inspecting your wooden furniture immediately upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damage, or discrepancies, please document them with photographs and contact us within 48 hours. This helps us address issues quickly and work with our shipping partners to file claims when necessary.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Refer to our Modify & Cancel Order Policy for detailed information about cancellation timeframes and any applicable fees.
Once your custom wooden furniture has entered production, cancellations may not be possible, or a restocking fee may apply. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide you with options.

Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction with our handmade wooden furniture is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect
  • Description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.
