Free Shipping

We provide free standard shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required. At CITA Interior, we believe beautiful wooden furniture should be accessible to everyone, so shipping costs are always on us.

Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
Shipping to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and United States typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. This results in a total delivery time of approximately 10-17 business days from order placement to your door.

Important Note: All of our handmade wooden furniture is crafted at partner workshops in Southeast Asia, including Vietnam. Our furniture is then shipped to customers worldwide. Please note that our products are handmade and custom-made with natural solid wood. Depending on the complexity of each order and the unique characteristics of the wood, production may take longer than expected. We kindly ask for your understanding, and we will keep you informed of any delays throughout the process.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email within 1-2 business days after your order ships. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment on our website or directly on the courier’s site. We partner with reliable international carriers to ensure your wooden furniture arrives safely.

Address or Product Changes
Changes to your shipping address or products must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. Processing time may extend by 1-2 business days if changes are made after your order has entered production.
Once your furniture has begun the handcrafting process, we may not be able to accommodate changes. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Issues with Tracking Number
Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the courier’s system and begin updating. Please contact us if your tracking number does not work or show any updates within 3 business days of receiving it. We will investigate the issue and provide you with an update on your shipment status.

Missing Items
If you receive your order and notice any missing items or accessories, please report this to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work promptly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive everything you ordered.

Damaged Items During Shipping
Our wooden furniture is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, if your furniture arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or repair. Please keep all original packaging materials until you have inspected your furniture completely.

Late Deliveries
If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time provided, please contact us within 2 business days for assistance. We will investigate with our shipping partners and keep you informed of your order’s status. While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, international shipping can occasionally face unexpected delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

International Shipping and Customs
For international orders, please note that customs clearance procedures and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Customs processing times vary by country and may affect your total delivery time. We will provide all necessary documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
